Belair — the view hill
Belair, the hillside above — administratively part of Cay Hill, on the grounds of the old Welgelegen plantation — is the upscale end: a low-rise neighbourhood of single-family villas with big views over Great Bay and, on a clear day, Saba on the horizon. Little Bay — the beach
